It is time we take the lead together. We know we cannot wait for the government to fix the job crisis. WorkScout.com is an online system for all Americans to find work and do business, a jobs and services connection with a twist. Individuals and businesses are both considered as their own sovereign enterprises and as they use the features at WorkScout.com, they will capitalize. WorkScout.com provides businesses and individuals an alternative and free way to obtain services and find contract/temporary work using a bidding forum as well as find part-time and full-time jobs. We're different here at WorkScout.com, because we believe in Americans Helping Americans to put our country back on track. Our free market system creates jobs for Americans in a few different ways: (1) A jobs and services auction (sort of like an e-Bay but in reverse and just for services), (2) Americans find local jobs to post online,helping others get work faster (3) the largest search engine for jobs of all types.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

PART ONE: The jobs and service auction as a way to create jobs, helps individuals and businesses get things done quickly and at a good price - whether it be from home improvement, to creating a new website, fixing computers, to delivering groceries, painting, housekeeping, business consulting and beyond. From every little job to big job you need done you can be giving an American a job.

Businesses and individuals in need of services advertise their projects or labor needs on the website and at the maximum price they are willing to pay. Service providers and job seekers place bids on jobs they are qualified to fulfill. The employers can choose the winner based on price, honorability rating or feedback rating, and they can also select winners based on job requirements like license, bonding, insurance, etc. WorkScout uses a reverse-auction format that helps employers and Americans procure a variety of services at a price they choose or less. At the same time, WorkScout offers Americans and businesses an alternative way to earn money and market their services, as well as to help others. PART TWO: Americans find local jobs online. The concept is simple: you may be skilled in one trade and pass many jobs that people in other trades would love to know were available. If you post those jobs at WorkScout, you'll be creating the opportunity for other Americans to find work and put food on their table. Now when those same people pass jobs that may be in your trade, and they put it on WorkScout, then they'll be helping you earn money and put food on your table. Additionally, anyone who helps another individual get work will capitalize, because if it weren't for your efforts, than someone would not have had the opportunity to make money. This helps incentivize you and others to put more work on WorkScout, which in turn gives more Americans more opportunities to find work and faster.
